House rules – so that everyone feels comfortable

Hey and welcome to your temporary home! To make your stay (and that of our next guests) as pleasant as possible, there are a few simple rules that we ask you to follow:

✨ Respect & Consideration:

No parties or events – We love a good time, but please keep it quiet.

Quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. – Let's respect the neighborhood together.

No excessive noise or loud music – enjoy the atmosphere, but think of others.

🚭 Cleanliness & Safety:

Smoking is only permitted outside – please use the ashtray if available.

Shoes are better taken off – To keep the apartment clean, the floors will appreciate socks or slippers.

Ventilate regularly – Open the windows for a few minutes, especially in the morning and evening, to keep the air fresh.

Waste separation – Please dispose of waste in the designated containers.

Hygiene products do not belong in the toilet – only toilet paper is allowed, everything else should go in the trash.

👥 Respectful treatment:

Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight – if you are expecting visitors, just let us know.

No unauthorized or illegal behavior – That goes without saying, right? 😎

🏠 Please note when checking out:

Please leave the apartment as tidy as you found it.

Wash the dishes or use the dishwasher (if available).

Close windows and doors, turn off lights and electrical appliances – a quick check helps to save energy.

💡 Another important thing: If something breaks or is missing, just contact us directly - we will definitely find a solution.

Unfortunately, violations of the house rules may result in a fine of up to €100 per violation – we would of course like to avoid that.
